ACR Dashboard - Returns for Credit

  • Submitting a return request does not automatically authorize the return of the item. Once your request is submitted, your dedicated Customer Care Agent will review the information and seek pre-authorization to begin the return process. You may return the item only after receiving official return documentation and instructions.
  • To ensure your package is directed to the correct department, clearly write your RMA number followed by “– Credit” on the outside of the box. Packages received without an RMA number may be quarantined and subject to a handling fee.
  • All returns for credit are subject to inspection by ACR. Based on the reason for return and the outcome of the inspection, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
