We stand behind our products. If your www.ACRARTEX.com purchase does not meet your expectations, you can
return it for a replacement or refund (excluding shipping charges) within 30 Days of the date of purchase except as
noted below. Please download a copy of your purchase receipt and enclose it with the returned item using our return

Emergency Position-Indicating Radio Beacons (EPIRBs), Personal Locator Beacons (PLBs) and Emergency Locator
Transmitters (ELTs) can only be returned for a full refund within 30 Days of date of purchase if the seal has not been
broken on the box. In addition, it must not have been registered with the National Authority Registration. Any product
eligible for a promotional offer (cash rebates or free goods) that has been redeemed is not eligible.
After obtaining a return material authorization number Ecommerce RMA, repackage the item in its original packaging
and ship the items back to us with your RMA number clearly written on the outside package to the address provided
on the RMA form. Items containing hazardous material may only be returned to ACR by ground shipments and must
be marked with the correct Hazmat shipping documentation (visit product page to see if your product qualifies).
Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by ACR or the item arrives damaged or defective, original
shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs. ACR will not be liable for
returns that are lost in transit or returned to the incorrect address; please retain your return tracking information.

Purchases not made on this website (www.acrartex.com) can only be returned to the reseller from which you
purchased the product and not to ACR.

Returns made within 30 days of purchase will be refunded with the type of payment used in the original sale. Please allow up to 14 business days for a refund to be posted to your credit card account from the date a refund is processed.
You will be able to confirm your order before submitting. After you submit your order you will receive an email confirmation. If any of the items are unable to ship, you will be notified by our Customer Service team regarding how to proceed. ACR Electronics will make every attempt to reconcile any potential fraudulent purchases with our valued customers. Any beacon purchase that is disputed with a chargeback that is not either: (1) resolved by notifying your bank to close the chargeback; or (2) the goods are returned to ACR in accordance with our return policy, ACR will to report the disputed products(s) Unique Identification Number and serial numbers as stolen to the National Authority Registration database until the chargeback is resolved Registration List.
