Q: What if I forget my password?

A: Email our team at cs.dashboard@acrartex.com and we will respond you with your password.

Q: I am a single user for my account; however, I would like to add more individuals from my company to have access.

A: We can create a group Username and Password for everyone to share. Email our Customer Care Team at cs.dashboard@acrartex.com with your request and we will follow up with your new information.

Q: Who do I contact if I have any issues with the customer portal?

A: We have a dedicated Customer Care team ready to assist you. Please send an email to cs.dashboard@acrartex.com with a discerption of your issue or questions you may have. One of our agents will respond within 2 business hours of receiving your email.

Q: Who do I contact if I have any questions regarding my invoice?

A: For questions regarding your invoice or account statement, please email ar@acrartex.com. A member of our Finance team will review your inquiry and follow up with you directly.

If your questions or concerns relate to credit card payments made through the Customer Portal, please contact cs.dashboard@acrartex.com. A Customer Care agent will assist you.
