What happened?

Headed out for a solo trip to Bimini Bahamas. About 12 miles outside from Bimini my phone fell and a leaned over to pick it up. I must have a wave wrong while leaning over and I was immediately ejected into the water at about 25 mph. Luckily I was wearing a auto life vest with my ResQLink attached, but did not have the kill switch attached.. The boat kept going and started circling until it was out of sight. I deployed my PLB and the Coast Guard Helo and Cutter were on scene in a little over hour. If not for my ResQLink PLB I would probably still be in the water, or worst.

Words of wisdom
