Use of Voluntarily Provided Information
By signing up to ACR’s newsletter (ActiveCampaign.com): ACR will store your name, email address and preferences in ActiveCampaign.com https://www.activecampaign.com/privacy-policy. ACR will only access this data for the provision of sending out product and promotional newsletters and viewing associated statistics, which shall not be transferred or stored outside of ActiveCampaign.com.
Filling in contact forms: all the personal data entered into the contact forms on the Site is transmitted securely to ACR via email. This data is used solely to process your request or provide you with services. ACR stores your data until an outcome from your enquiry is produced, the data is then deleted or stored securely on internal systems for the duration of your contract. Reviews and Survivor Story submissions on the Site shall be posted only with the pen name you select, therefore SurvivorClub allows you to be semi-anonymous to protect your identity. To delete any posted reviews or stories please email email@example.com and ACR will remove all of your provided information.
Personal information provided using the warranty submission form is only used to provide you with update information about your current product regarding support and technical service. Personal information is stored securely on internal systems for the duration of your warranty period. To remove your warranty submission please email us at GDPR@acrartex.com.
Sending a direct email enquiry: any personal data you send to ACR by direct email will be stored within a secure email system, and will only be used to process your enquiry or request.
