De C406-1 HM is beschikbaar voor gebruik met de voordelige zweepantennes, staafantennes of blade-antennes van Artex. De C406-1 HM kan worden gekoppeld aan de optionele Artex ELT \/NAV-interface, waardoor breedtegraad- en lengtegraadgegevens kunnen worden verzonden als onderdeel van het 406 MHz-bericht. De C406-1 HM maakt gebruik van \u00e9\u00e9n coaxkabel voor alle drie de frequenties.
