Il est compatible avec les antennes fouet, tige et lame Artex \u00e0 bas prix. Il peut \u00eatre interfac\u00e9 avec l&#8217;interface ELT \/NAV Artex en option, permettant la transmission des donn\u00e9es de latitude et de longitude dans le cadre du message 406 MHz. Le C406-1 HM utilise un seul c\u00e2ble coaxial pour prendre en charge les trois fr\u00e9quences.
