Very briefly I was solo walking in the upper Grose River when I got lost and as I had missed some medication earlier in the day I became disoriented, I also go myself stuck up a steep gully with no obvious way up or down. Following this I set off my PLB. Police rescue and a paramedic found me in about 2hrs 15min and helped me out.
