We were trolling 22 miles from the inlet when the boat cut off and we lost all electrical power. We checked all wires and fuses, and everything appeared to be in order. We tried flagging down a charter boat that was near with smokers and flares. They didn\u2019t not see our signs signs of distress. At that point we decided to activate the Globalfix V4 EPIRB. Within 30 minutes activation coast guard air craft had located us and radioed the charter boat over to assist. The aircraft dropped a survival kit with a marine radio so we were able to communicate with the coast guard.
