Efter den cirka 10 dage lange mission vil bes\u00e6tningen gennemg\u00e5 den hurtige og h\u00f8jtemperaturbegivenhed gennem vores atmosf\u00e6re, inden de lander i Stillehavet ud for San Diegos kyst, hvor de vil blive m\u00f8dt af et bj\u00e6rgningshold best\u00e5ende af NASA- og forsvarsministeriumspersonale, som vil bringe dem tilbage til kysten.
