V\u00fdjimkou jsou kluz\u00e1ky, ultralehk\u00e1 letadla, v\u00edrn\u00edky, bal\u00f3ny a vzducholod\u011b. <\/p>\n\n<p>Hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem t\u011bchto po\u017eadavk\u016f na nouzov\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly ELT je optimalizace p\u00e1trac\u00edch a z\u00e1chrann\u00fdch operac\u00ed (SAR) a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed jejich efektivity i bezpe\u010dnosti cestuj\u00edc\u00edch. Zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm rychl\u00e9ho a efektivn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edjmu nouzov\u00fdch sign\u00e1l\u016f org\u00e1ny SAR si tento mand\u00e1t klade za c\u00edl zv\u00fd\u0161it bezpe\u010dnost v\u0161ech osob na palub\u011b. <\/p>\n\n<p>V\u0161ichni komer\u010dn\u00ed leteck\u00ed dopravci, zahrani\u010dn\u00ed letadla a soukrom\u00ed provozovatel\u00e9 museli do 25. listopadu 2021 upgradovat na 406 MHz ELT , jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad ARTEX ELT 345.<\/p>\n\n<p>Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee provozovatel\u016fm rekrea\u010dn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zb\u00fdv\u00e1 pouze jeden rok na spln\u011bn\u00ed nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edho na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, v\u00fdm\u011bna baterie ve star\u0161\u00edm ELT 121 ji\u017e ned\u00e1v\u00e1 z finan\u010dn\u00edho hlediska smysl. S rostouc\u00ed popt\u00e1vkou se obvykle zvy\u0161uje i cena. \u010c\u00edm bl\u00ed\u017ee bude skute\u010dn\u00fd listopadov\u00fd mand\u00e1t pro majitele letadel v\u0161eobecn\u00e9ho letectv\u00ed platn\u00fd v roce 2025, t\u00edm pravd\u011bpodobn\u011bji zaplat\u00edte za produkt a instalaci v\u00edce.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Podpora star\u0161\u00edch ELT .<\/h3>\n\n<p>Star\u0161\u00ed vys\u00edla\u010de s frekvenc\u00ed 121,5 MHz byly p\u0159ed lety ukon\u010deny a \u00fadr\u017eba star\u00e9ho produktu s bateriemi a opravy se st\u00e1vaj\u00ed velmi n\u00e1kladn\u00fdmi jak pro v\u00fdrobce, tak pro majitele letadla. Pokud v\u00fdrobce ukon\u010d\u00ed podporu pro toto za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, va\u0161e letadlo by mohlo b\u00fdt uzemn\u011bno, dokud nebude mo\u017en\u00e9 nainstalovat nov\u00fd ELT .   <\/p>\n\n<p>Obecn\u00fdm pravidlem by m\u011blo b\u00fdt, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm star\u0161\u00ed produkt, t\u00edm dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed je podpora a n\u00e1hradn\u00ed d\u00edly.
