Promotional offer only valid in the 50 U.S. States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Incomplete redemption will not be processed - Keep a copy for your records. Maximum 2 (two) rebates per household, organization, group. You must submit a mail-in form if you purchase an eligible ARTEX beacon from a participating dealer between 10/01/12 and 12/31/12. Qualifying participants will receive the rebate check in the mail within 45 days of validation of their rebate form and proof of purchase. Your rebate form must be post marked no later than 01/14/13. Cannot be combined with any other promotion/offer. Must have a valid U.S. or Canada mailing address. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. ACR is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or postage due mail. Any requests postmarked or received after applicable dates will be returned as ineligible. Materials submitted become property of ARTEX/ACR Electronics, Inc. and will not be returned. If terms and conditions are not met, a rebate check will not be sent.
